Hélène Weidmann has a wide expertise on commercial transactions, in particular Mergers & Acquisitions and Sales of a variety of companies (small and medium size companies, banks and other regulated entities, multinational companies or listed companies). Her fields of activity are, in particular business law, corporate law, labour law including advice linked to residence permits, stock exchange regulations and criminal law.

She advises corporations, their managers and investors from the incorporation of the structure in Switzerland until its sale or restructuring.

Prior to joining Reymond & Associés, she practiced law at the Bar for eight years within the Mergers & Acquisitions branch of a leading business law firm (Lenz & Staehelin) in Lausanne and Zurich.
