‘Land use plans serving as building permits: between opportunities and risks’: publication of an article by Me Yasmine Sözerman

This article, published in the Revue du droit de la construction et des marchés publics 02/2025, discusses the instrument of the land allocation plan serving as a building permit, which several cantons have recently adopted. Me Sözerman focuses here on the example of the canton of Vaud, highlighting in particular the potential procedural savings offered by this tool, but also the risks it may entail.
