Elodie Le Guen represents both companies and individuals in all proceedings relating to employment, immigration and social security issues.

As a Certified Specialist SBA in Labour law, she handles cases involving the full range of labour-related issues, including unfair or immediate dismissal, gender discrimination, post-contractual competition and related criminal aspects.

In addition to her litigation practice, Elodie Le Guen advises and supports her clients in the day-to-day management of their labour law issues, providing expertise on all employment-related matters, such as implementation of contractual documents, redundancies and transfers of employment relationships, disciplinary procedures and internal audits, as well as applications for administrative authorizations required for certain activities, in particular body leasing and staff placement.

With extensive experience in immigration law, she frequently assists Swiss and international companies with work permit applications for their employees, particularly in case of secondments or intra-group transfers. Elodie Le Guen also advises clients on social security matters, whether in connection with the coordination of social security systems or during inspections by the competent authorities.

In addition to her work as an attorney-at-law, Elodie Le Guen is Vice-President of the Labour Court of the Eastern Vaud District, where she puts her expertise and experience to good use in the service of social justice.
