On September 24, 2025, Me Elodie Le Guen co-presented the “5 à 7” session of the OAV’s Contract Law Commission, which focused on the theme “Work & Family: Rights and Duties at the Heart of the Company.”
During this conference, the protective measures employers must take when employing workers with family responsibilities, as well as the various types of leave provided by law (maternity, paternity, adoption, caregiver leave, etc.), were presented and discussed with participants.
