Data protection: Speech by Me Anne Dorthe at a CLUSIS event on February 2, 2021

Me Anne Dorthe will speak on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at the 5 à 7 organized by the CLUSIS (Swiss association for information security) on the topic of “DPA REVISION: WHAT CHALLENGES FOR COMPANIES?”, to present the following topic:

“DPA, GDPR: is your company concerned?”

Me Anne Dorthe will explain what the criteria are to determine whether a Swiss company falls within the scope of the Federal Data Protection Act (DPA) and/or the RGPD. She will recall the stakes of this issue, in particular the possible sanctions provided by these texts. She will also review the main changes that will occur when the new DPA (nDPA) comes into force.

On this occasion, she will also represent the ASDPO (Swiss Association of Data Protection Officers), of which she is a member of the committee and secretary.
