Matthieu Dinet completed his Bachelor's and Master's degrees at the University of Fribourg (bilingual attestation).

Upon completion of his academic studies, Matthieu Dinet completed his clerkship in 2018 with Court II of the Federal Administrative Court (TAF) in St. Gallen, dealing mainly with economic, competition and training issues. He then strengthened his experience in the judicial world thanks to his legal internship with a Fribourg law firm. He was admitted to the bar in 2021.

From 2021 to 2023, Matthieu Dinet worked as a legal advisor in the Construction and Planning Department of the Canton of Fribourg (SeCA), where he acquired solid skills in real estate law and general administrative law. He joined Etude Reymond & Associés as a lawyer in the summer of 2023.

His practice covers various areas of public and real estate law. He is also active in criminal and private law.
