On 31 January 2020, at the 12th Journée de droit de la concurrence organized by the University of Fribourg, Denis Cherpillod participated in a round table about the recent developments in competition law, with Prof. Walter Stoffel, Prof. Philipp Zurkinden and Dr Franz Hoffet. In particular, he commented on the latest judgment of the Swiss Federal Tribunal pertaining to abuse of a dominant position.
