Anne Dorthe advises mainly Swiss and foreign companies, as well as private persons. Her fields of expertise include trademark law, copyright law, commercial contracts and data protection, particularly in terms of compliance to the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). She practices in French, German and English.
Following her studies at the Universities of Fribourg and Berlin, Anne Dorthe practiced as a jurist in charge of company intellectual property. She then topped off this experience with an LL.M. in Intellectual Property at the University of Torino. After having passed the Swiss Bar Examinations in 2013, she practiced in a law firm in Lausanne active in company law, before joining us at Reymond & Partners. Furthermore, Anne Dorthe benefits from a specific training distinguishing her as Company Data Protection Officer (DPO). She is member of the Swiss Association of Data Protection Officers (ASDPO) and of the Vaud Bar Association (OAV).
