On 12 May 2026, Me Anne Dorthe spoke at the JdT/OAV Legal Studies Evening, organised by the Vaud Bar Association, on the topic “Possible procedures in data protection matters”, before an audience of lawyers, judges and academics.
She presented the civil, criminal and administrative remedies available under Swiss law, as well as recent cantonal and federal case law in this field.
