The BNoL is an association of business leaders which promotes interprofessional exchange and supports commerce among local economic actors in the West Lausanne region. The association was founded in 2016.
During this presentation, Me Dorthe recalled the fundamental principles of data protection, outlined the developments introduced by the new Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), and provided recommendations on measures to be adopted in a professional context.
She then addressed the issue of electronic signatures, including their definition and the distinctions between the different categories of electronic signatures.
