Our partner Denis Cherpillod will attend the 9th Competition Law Day taking place on November 29, 2018 at the Centre patronal in Paudex, which will be dedicated to unfair competition law and cartel law. As a guest speaker, he will address the subject “Fairness of general conditions for the use of personal data – competition law aspects (cartel/abuse)”.
