On 11 June 2026, Me Anne Dorthe co-hosted, alongside Quentin Randaxhe and Michael Platen, a webinar organised by Aequivalent on cybersecurity for municipalities in French-speaking Switzerland. Entitled “Cybersecurity for Municipalities: The Human Factor, a Risk or an Asset?”, the event addressed a key issue for public authorities: the decisive role of human behaviour in the prevention of cyber risks.
Me Anne Dorthe presented the legal framework, not only from the perspective of data protection and official secrecy, but also in relation to the contractual relationship with municipal employees.
The webinar formed part of a legal, organisational and operational approach to cybersecurity, aimed at strengthening municipalities’ resilience in the face of digital threats.
